Blue Hour Photography formally of Beverly Hills. Blue Hour, or "l'heure bleue"
is a French expression that refers to the time of day between
daylight sun and dusk. It is this time that is considered to
have the best light quality for a photographer. In Hollywood
they refer to this time as "The magic hour" and other
photographers will call it "The golden hour". Blue
hour is special to us because we believe it is also the time
of day when the flowers scents are at their strongest and the
bodies senses are
at their pique. In the Salinas Valley and Monterey Bay The Blue
Hour is especially highlighted when the Pacific's fresh breeze
sweeps down through the Santa Lucias and bathes the valley in
the sweet smell of the rich produce in our fields. Blue Hour
